The Harvest Parliament Building was a granite building located on the colony of Harvest in the Epsilon Indi System.[1] It was shaped like the letter "I", and was surrounded by a low ironwork fence and well-manicured gardens. The roof was thatched with sun-bleached wheat straw. It is where Harvest's Parliament met.[1]
The Parliament building was located in the capital city of Utgard, right past the Utgard Mall. This building was likely destroyed in the Covenant process of glassing Harvest.[1]
