The Reach Militia was a branch of the Colonial Militia, created to handle operations on the colony world Reach.
A fireteam of these militiamen were discovered by SPARTANs A266 and SPARTAN-B312 during an assessment of the Covenant invasion force's overall strength. Although the Viery territory had been evacuated long before August 11th, the militia remained behind to defend their homes, as well as recover weapons that had been stolen from the UNSC.
