Clarence was an ONI Section 3 operative who was assigned to the UNSC Red Horse in October 2552 with Sergeant Lopez and her team.
Biography
He participated in the skirmish on the Flood-infected UNSC Mona Lisa in the Soell system. Clarence was under orders to not permit anybody but the marines to escape the ship. He followed those orders when he executed a prisoner named Rimmer, who had made friends with an Elite. Corpsman Benti forced Clarence into a mob of Flood, becoming assimilated into the Flood. Clarence died when a Shiva Warhead destroyed the ship.

Clarence was known to be quiet and serious. He was described by Benti as someone you could depend on and trust.
