An unnamed Fleet under command of Fleet Admiral Harper. During the opening battle of the Battle of Earth on October 20th, 2552, Harper was ordered to form a defensive perimeter around the Cairo's battle Cluster. Harper then commanded his fleet directly into the Covenant forces, whilst the UNSC Home Fleet policed the skies[1].

Shortly after the Covenant arrival, the Fleet was split into two groups:

Two Marathon-class Cruisers and six Frigates were in Harper's fleet[2]. They appeared briefly in the opening cutscene to "Cairo Station," on the Cairo's main computer screen.

One of the Cruisers may have been the one severely damaged by an Assault Carrier.
