The Wire Spool is a Halo 3 Forge scenery object. It is large, not the smaller one for regular sowing. They first appeared in the Heroic Map Pack and later in the Legendary Map Pack. The maximum number of wire spools you can place on a map is eight and they cost $4 in your overall budget.
