The Fallback point for SPARTAN-II Blue, Green, and Red Teams on Sigma Octanus IV was a Point fifty kilometers south of Côte d'Azur, the teams' operating area. Operatives from the Office of Naval Intelligence had stashed the teams' emergency supplies and SATCOM beacons there.[1]
