Wheelman Spree is a mulitplayer medal in Halo: Reach, presumably awarded when a player earns five assists by driving a vehicle with an armed passenger. It is similar to the Splatter Spree medal in Halo 3. It was revealed post-beta on the 05/28/10 Bungie Weekly update.[1]
