Gaz was a UNSC Marine who fought during the Human-Covenant War. Not much is known about him except that he was incapacitated by a Fuel Rod Cannon while driving a Warthog LRV.[1]

- Gaz may be named after Gaz, a character in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. This could be a reference to the final level, where Gaz is driving a jeep only to get incapacitated.
