The Hall is a Covenant structure featured in Halo Wars.

The Hall is built onto the Citadel, and is where the player trains infantry units, such as Unggoy Lances (Four Unggoy lead by a single Sangheili, or a single Jiralhanae, depending on commander), Mgalekgolo pairs and Kig-yar pairs. This is also the place where most Covenant infantry upgrades are researched.[1] Very useful as it gives you a firm backing on defence and these forces can give you time to increase your infantry defence.

Its UNSC equivalent are the Barracks.
