The Hall is a Covenant structure, set to feature in Halo Wars. It is built onto the Citadel, and is where the player builds infantry units, such as Unggoy Lances (Unggoy lead by Sangheili), Mgalekgolo and Kig-yar. This is also the place where Covenant upgrades on weapons and armor are researched. [1]
