Factory Complex 71 was a Human factory in Voi, Kenya on Earth. [1]
Background
It was located right across an unknown lake or river in South Voi, near Traxus Factory Complex 09.

- It is probably owned and maintained by Traxus Heavy Industries, who has several factories in the Voi area.
