Factory Complex 71 was a Human factory in Voi, Kenya on Earth. [1]
Background
It was located in the shadow of a dominant mountain, and right across an unknown lake or river in South Voi, near Traxus Factory Complex 09.
Trivia
- It is probably owned and maintained by Traxus Heavy Industries, who has several factories in the Voi area.
- You can see the complex by looking outside the fans near the main playing area on the Halo 3 multiplayer level, Foundry.
- 71 is possibly another reference to the number 7. (7x1=7)
