Truth and Reconciliation Suite is a piece included in the Halo: Original Soundtrack.
Appearances
This piece is played in partial form many times throughout Halo: Combat Evolved. Most notably, the entire song plays on the Main Screen, and during the levels Halo (during the chapter "Reunion Tour", where the Master Chief emerges from the tunnel in the Warthog), and Keyes, during the player's escape from the aforementioned cruiser. It is also played in halo two when you stay at the main screen for a whle
Overview
The very first part (which lasts only seventeen seconds) is used in the level Two Betrayals when the Master Chief first gets in a Banshee. It also contains a variation of the first section of Enough Dead Heroes. The part from 6:12 to 6:57 is a variation of the song Shadows, and is often associated with the Flood; it is also heard in the underground area of Halo (the level) near the light bridge. Also, a portion of this song is reused for the Warthog run in the level the Maw, and the thirty seconds after the part used in the Maw play during the ending cutscene of Assault on the Control Room.
Other Appearances
Remixes and partial remixes make many appearances throughout Halo 3, most notably in the soundtracks Finishing the Fight and Halo Reborn. The first part of the suite is remade in Halo 3 as part of the song Behold a Pale Horse.
