Utgard was the capital and the largest city on the planet Harvest, a human colony.[1] It was used as a gathering point for the evacuation of Harvest after Govener Thune ordered a mandatory evacuation. Like the rest of Harvest, the city was glassed by the Covenant in 2525.

Trivia
- Utgard, like many of Harvest's cities, rivers, seas, and other locations, comes from Norse Mythology. It literally means "Outyard" and was the abode of the giants, enemy of the Gods.
