| Moonbase Alpha, also known as Spacecamp is the codename for one of the Halo 3 Downloadable Content multiplayer maps . It has been described that its fairly large, and is best suited for games such as Capture The Flag and Assault. It has also been stated that it has some unique characteristics that make Slayer interesting and Infection terrifying. Also some Bungie employees are saying its one of the most prettiest maps ever created. It was the first DLC Map to be announced, with the other being Jodrell Bank.In one of the Bungie Weekly Updates it said that fans of Elongation would enjoy the map. This does not mean it is a remake or a spiritual successor, but could relate to the fact Elongation is on a space station. It might have been renamed to Cottonball because Bungie claims they're both huge maps.
