Moonbase Alpha is the codename for one of the Halo 3 Downloadable Content multiplayer maps [1]. It has been described that its fairly large, and is best suited for games such as Capture The Flag and Assault. It has also been stated that it has some unique characteristics that make Slayer interesting and Infection terrifying. It was the first DLC Map to be announced, with the other being Jodrell Bank.
