Space Camp (now nicknamed Moonbase Alpha) is the a map that was announced in the Bungie Weekly Update (10/12/07)[1]. It will be available for download on Xbox Live Marketplace in the future.
It is said to be best for objective games, like CTF and Assault, but also has some natural deadlocks that makes Slayer interesting and Infection "terrifying".
The map is on an "empty UNSC space platform"[2]. This might be an Orbital Defense Platform like Cairo Station from Halo 2. It may be similar to the Halo 2 map Elongation or the Halo: Combat Evolved map Boarding Action.
