It was attached to the UNSC Frigate Aegis Fate, and during the Aegis Fate's participation in the Battle of Installation 00, crashed in Installation 00's desert by unknown means near a Brute-occupied structure.
03 was carrying a Missile Pod and a Regenerator, until it crash landed on a desert somewhere on the Ark. It is likely that it was carrying more UNSC equipment of the level.
