Two things: 1) Dont they throw them sometimes also? 2) I totally called them both those names without ever hearing them called that by anyone else. Freaky how we all think in one assembled mind...

No, they don't throw their grenades. Maybe you saw other Grunts chucking grenades at you while the KG was rushing you. Well, they do say "Kamikaze!"
