When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Sword Spree!" to the player that received this medal. This medal is easiest to obtain in Swords, however it still requires lots of skill to get 5 kills without dying.
One easy way to get this medal is to just camp in the blue room on The Pit. Watch the enemies charge into the room, or you could watch your radar and catch the enemy by surprise.
