Swanbourne is an western coastal suburb of Perth, Western Australia, in the country of Australia.
It is the home of the Office of Naval Intelligence's (ONI) Ordnance Testing Facility B5D, who made the Mark VI MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/S variant for the Spartan-IIs [1].
In the 20th and 21st century, it was the home of the Special Air Service Regiment, who were known as the best special forces unit in the world.
