Tough_Luck
Tough Luck is a Halo 3 Campaign Achievement. It is earned when the player finds the Tough Luck Skull. This Achievement gives 10 Gamerpoints to the player.
It is represented by a blue circle with a skull in the middle. The skull has a clover on its forehead.
Effect: Enemies will become much better at and much more likely to dodge plasma pistol overcharges, grenades, etc.

The Tough Luck skull can be found on "Tsavo Highway" on normal or higher difficulty. To get it, you drive to the part where the Covenant cruiser flys over you, to your left, jump onto the marine barracks and walk along the large yellow pipeline.
