	You unlock this helmet after getting the spartan officer achivment right? I am lietenant grade 2 but I wasnt ever a normal lietenant! 			:Well, you'll have to de-rank yourself by quitting matchmaking games intentionally. That will lower your skill too, so I hope this helps.
