That trailer wasn't made by Nail. It is a trailer of the game Halo 3 ODST/Halo 3 Recon, that Bungie and Microsoft annonced and confirmed by themself.
try search Halo Movie on Wikipedia.com and find by yourself. its just a rumor that its was a trailer for Halo The Movie!
