Soell is the informal name for the star that Threshold, Basis and Installation 04 orbit.
As of 2007 the star has not been named in any canon sources, but the name Soell was used by Bungie during Halo's developmentTemplate:Fact. The name is generally assumed to be a reference to former Bungie Community Guy Matt Soell.
