A bot is an automated or semi-automated account for performing repetitive tasks that would be extremely tedious to do manually.
Unauthorized editing bots are not permitted on Halopedia. A bot must have a bot flag, or be otherwise approved by the community in a week-long vote, in order for it to run. Unauthorized bot accounts will be blocked.
If you would like to request bot status for your bot, use the talk page. If the community reaches consensus, a staffer will set the bot flag.
