ONI Recon 111[1] is a United Nations Space Command Office of Naval Intelligence military unit.

It was stationed nearby Voi, Kenya during the Second Battle of Earth, and was tasked to report Covenant activity near a small section of Earth that had been glassed by Covenant warships.
