The Fleet of Retribution[1] is a Covenant Separatist Naval unit.
It was present during the Second Battle of Earth, but it fell under control of the Sangheili during the Covenant Great Schism.
Notable members of the Fleet of Retribution's Special Warfare Group were the Elites N’tho ‘Sraom and Usze ‘Taham.
