Trivia
- The Gravity Hammer Master Chief is holding on the cover is deactivated, since the Hammer is not emitting its characteristic blue glow. This likely means that at some point in the battle with the Covenant forces now lying dead at his feet the Hammer ran out of power and Chief was forced to use it simply as a bludgeon.
- In this issue the Brute, Lepidus is seen again. It is unknown if the Master Chief killed him or he escaped.
