The Unnamed UNSC Navy Officer is a Captain in the UNSC Navy, he was responsible for the testing of John-117s MJOLNIR Mk.VI Battle Armor in Songnam, South Korea.
Background
The Captain, was the Commanding Officer of the UNSC Special Warfare Center in Songnam, South Korea. There he monitored reservist, SPARTAN-062s progress on testing the MJOLNIR Mark VI Battle Armor for the SPARTAN-IIs.
