The Killtacular Medal is awarded for killing 5 opponents within 4 seconds of each other.
Summary
It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 8 (out of 10). It is represented by a silver circle with 5 purple stars. When a player gets this medal the announcer will shout "Killtacular!" to the player that received this medal. In Halo 2, this medal was called Kill Frenzy.
Getting this medal on a Mythic map will unlock the Killtacular achievement. An easy way to do this is to play Grifball on Sandbox.
