Voi is a present day market city in Kenya, Africa, not too far inland from Mombasa, Kenya. It will likely be the base of two levels in Halo 3, with one featuring the Flood in it and it may or may not be significant that a railway currently runs through the town to Mombasa.

- This is known through the hacked Halo 3 files, listing 9 out of a unknown number of levels.
- In Volume Two of the Halo 2 Official Soundtrack, it featured a song titled "Road to Voi".
