Stun Rounds are used by the UNSC during training. It is non-lethal, but still gives the people being shot at by it a feeling of what being in a war might be like. The stun rounds have been used in training for both Spartan-II[1] and Spartan-III trainees.[2] The rounds are made of hard rubber.
