Mountain Dew Game Fuel is a new version of Mountain Dew soda to be released on August 13th, 2007 and will be available for 12 weeks.

This version is designed specifically to target gamers, providing them with the boost "they need to play for several hours". It is expected to aid in marketing Halo 3. [1]

Summary

Game Fuel is a cherry-citrus flavor dyed red. The bottles will feature the Halo 3 logo and a picture of the Master Chief along with the words "Game Fuel" and "Limited Edition". Each bottle will contain about 120 milligrams of caffeine.

Since previously released "Code Red" has a cherry flavor, and "Livewire" has the citrus orange flavor, you shouldn't be surprised to find it tastes like a blend of the two.

It contains 30% more caffeine than normal Mountain Dew, which makes it perfect "Game Fuel" as it states.
