The Royal Navy, for example, has had five ships named Ark Royal throughout its history, and the US Navy has had six ships named Enterprise, with another two operated by the Continental Navy. In Halo Evolution, the story "The Impossible Life and Possible Death of Preston J. Cole" details a ship called the Agincourt being destroyed during his last stand. So one has to wonder, how is it able to be used in Ghosts of Onyx?
