To be promoted, help out around the CoH. Improve Halopedia out of the CoH. Often, i look at a user's history to decide if i should promote them, if i find the user improved many articles (and not just his namespace, like so many wanting pormotes have done). You have indeed improved your fair share, honestly i thought you were a Major Domo. Since you aren't, you are now. Congrats! | |||
