Honor Guard Concillor- A Sangheili Rank
A very high rank given to only the most gifted and talented worriors. These elites can be seen at the end of the level Gravemind. As soon as you are about to leave the mousolem of the arbiter you will face two stealth elites and a Honor Guard Concillor. They wear Honor Guard Ultra Armour, but also wear a Concillor head dress.
