BLACK WIDOW Commnication Satellites (abbreviated to COMSATs) are a type of mobile satellite used by UNSC prowlers, for example Dusk. They are about the size of a baseball for stealth capabilities. BLACK WIDOWs could be deployed anywhere and would act as carriers for messages, effectively making them mobile COMSats. They are able to send video feeds back to the ship that had launched them. They are also used to deliver files, such as Artificial Intelligences, etc. There are only 3 BLACK WIDOW communication satellite launchers known, one of which was destroyed on Reach.[1]
