Template:Human Character Infobox Lieutenant Commander Julian Waters was a UNSC officer and crew member of the UNSC prowler Dusk in 2552.[1] His wife and children were killed by the Covenant on Harvest, during the battle for control of the colony, making him relatively reckless for a Prowler crew member, eager to exact revenge for the deaths of his family, though he remained professional.[2] After Captain Iglesias was WIA and Commander Richard Lash took over as commanding officer, he served as acting first mate, and was aboard the UNSC Dusk as it participated in the Battle of Earth, witnessed the Battle of Installation 05, and played a key role in the Battle of Onyx. He survived as the ship transitioned to slipspace, to update Earth on events.
