The Spike Grenade (incorrectly translated as Nail Grenade) as the is a weapon introduced in Halo 3. When it detonates, it shoots a wave of spikes. Like the Plasma Grenade, the Spike Grenade sticks to the surface it lands on. Unlike the Plasma Grenade, it can stick on walls and floors, (possibly because of the spikes) rather than just enemies.[1]
