The Ratification Parley is a document created by the Covenant High Council of Concordance. Little is known about this document, but one excerpt from it is known. [1]
What hope has this alliance
If we cannot conquer
Doubt of faith not each other-
If our belief should falter?
But put an ear to the stones
Of this Holy City
Inside Their voices echo still:
"Seven rings begin theJourney!"
The Parley makes apparent references to the Covenant beliefs in The Great Journey, as well as the Covenant Holy City of High Charity.
