UNSC Astrophysics is a branch of HIGHCOM that deals exclusively with stellar phenomena. Whenever an anomaly is seen and reported, details of it are sent to UNSC astrophysics; where the scientists there attempt to explain it.[1] Additionally, they publish a regular astrophysics journal. Former Spartan-II soldier Fhajad-084 now works for UNSC Astrophysics.[2]
UNSC Astrophysics also keeps observational databases that catalog all known phenomena. These databases are avaliable to the public.[2]
