L. Jenkins is a UNSC Marine possibly assigned to Earth during the Battle of Earth. He may be related to Wallace Jenkins, who served on the battle of Installation 04.
He is first seen in a piece of gallery art in the Halo Graphic Novel, where he is depicted ducking to avoid a thrown Plasma Grenade, alongside two other Marines including L. P. B..
