Miguel Ferrer is an American actor. Though born as a naturalized American citizen in Santa Monica, California, he has Puerto Rican ethnic blood.
He has made numerous appearances in numerous sci-fi and reality television shows and movies, including Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
He voiced Sesa 'Refumee, the Heretic leader, in Halo 2.
