The Running Riot Medal is awarded for killing 10 opponents in a row without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 7 (out of 10)[1]. This is represented by a bronze 5-sided star with a green target in the middle.

If this medal is unlocked during Lone Wolves Play, the player recieves an achievement as well.Although if you play Halo 2 on Xbox 360 this can not be obtained as an acheivement.
