Biography

Chapman was sharing command of Charlie Company with First Lieutenant Buckman during the Fall of Reach.

He is mentioned when Vice Admiral Danforth Whitcomb tells Senior Chief Petty Officer Frederic-104 to put "Lieutenant Jake Chapman" on the line with him. [1]
