He was one of thirty Covenant elites who hijacked the UNSC Pelican dropship Charlie 217 and used it to attack the Human stronghold 'Alpha Base'. During the attack, however, he was killed by the defending ODSTs and Marines. His identity was later assumed by the commander of the mission, Zuka 'Zamamee, because a Prophet had threatened to kill 'Zamamee if he failed his mission.[1]
Some readers have taken note that, according to Elite name structure, Huki 'Umamee has the same family name as Zuka 'Zamamee, though the nature of this is never addressed.
