Template:Human Character Infobox Template:ONI Personnel Major Standish is an ONI operative[1]. When the crew of the UNSC vessel Apocalypso discovered a deep space Forerunner Artifact, Major Standish tried to cover it up. When Colonel Herzog started threatening to expose Major Standish for keeping the artifact from his superiors, Standish had him assassinated. Later, an agent codenamed Sierra1085 was executed for the assassination[2], however, it is unknown if this was Standish or one of his underlings.
