Template:Human Character Infobox Lieutenant Junior Grade Bill Streeter was a crew member of the UNSC Remote Scanning Outpost Fermion. Lieutenant Streeter was under the command of Chief Petty Officer McRobb and was killed in 2552 after the station was destroyed per the Cole Protocol just before The Battle of Reach.[1]
