Summary
Kevin Michael Richardson is one of the most prominent African-American voice actors in America. Born on October 25, 1964, he has been acting for at least ten years, garnering a long list of voice credits ranging from The Matrix: Revolutions to Family Guy to The Powerpuff Girls.
He is also the voice of Tartarus in Halo 2.
